These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and usage of Dogtrot Acres & Kolby Drafting stock house designs available on the website www.dogtrotacres.com. Please read these Terms & Conditions before purchasing or using any Plans.
You agree to these Terms by purchasing or using any of the Plans. You should not purchase or use the Plans if you do not agree with these Terms.
Purchase and Delivery
All plans are sold in their current state. There are no warranties or assurances provided about the suitability of any plans for a specific purpose or the results that will be produced from their use.
Following receipt of complete payment, the plans will be given in digital format via an email with a download link to the email address you provided during checkout.
No refund policy
All transactions of house plans are final due to the digital and private nature of our products.
When you make a purchase, you must understand that we do not accept refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Once purchased and delivered, our house plans are digital, copyrighted materials that cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy exists to prevent the unauthorized use of copyrighted material.
We appreciate your comprehension of our policy and your interest in the Dogtrot Farmhouse idea.
License and Usage
When you buy a Plan, you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it to build a single dwelling unit. If you want to build more than one unit from the same plan, you must purchase an additional license for each unit.
Without our written permission, the Plans may not be resold, redistributed, or transferred. Without our prior permission, the Plans may not be modified or utilized to generate derivative works
Liability Restriction
We will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss or damage) arising from the use of the Plans, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
Before purchasing, it is your obligation to verify all components of the plan, and we recommend consulting with a builder or architect if necessary. If you have any questions concerning our plans, please call 1979-777-9840.
Rights to Intellectual Property
Dogtrot Acres & Kolby Drafting owns all intellectual property rights in the Plans, including copyright and design rights.
Except as expressly stated, the purchase of a Plan does not convey any ownership rights or provide any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.
Agreement of Terms
We appreciate your awareness of this policy and your interest in our home designs.
The purchase of this plan is acknowledgement that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
